Experience
Your first visit is a one-hour consultation with your Menopause Society Certified Practitioner where we will review your lifestyle, health history, symptoms, and wellness goals. Hormone therapy and non-hormone therapy options, and GLP-1s will be included in that conversation. Together we will build a personalized plan across hormone health, strength, nutrition, and mood. This visit also includes an InBody body composition scan and lab work when medically indicated.

Amanda Puett, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 25 years of clinical experience and the founder of Realm Midlife & Menopause Medicine, a nurse practitioner lead practice serving patients in Fort Walton Beach and surrounding communities.
While working in the current healthcare system, I saw a significant gap in midlife care. Women deserve more time, more answers, and a provider who is committed to staying up to date with the latest clinical evidence for the safest and most effective outcomes. I am an active member of The Menopause Society which allows me to collaborate with leading experts and continue to be an advocate for women.
